BACtrack Mobile Breathalyzer

 

What is it?

The BACtrack is the worlds first mobile breathalyzer. You can blow into a pocket size pump, which will connect with Bluetooth to your mobile phone. On your phone you can download the BACtrack app for free. The breathalyzer will send all the information to your app. You can choose to share your results with your friends or to keep it private. When you’ll share it with your friends or your nearest people, they are able to see the quantity of alcohol in your blood. When they notice that you’re too drunk, they can decide to call a cab or bring you home. The app will also calculate your alcohol using and send you a warning when your use is not healthy anymore.

 

Why is it cool?

This app is a great improvement for the accidents which are caused by the superabundant use of alcohol. By warning you and your surrounding for the many use of alcohol a lot of problems can be prevented. It can be the solution of a lot less innocent victims. That’s kind of cool by me.

 

 

How does it have growth potential?

For now the BACtrack is only available for smartphones and tablets, but maybe in the future, when the Google glass is there, they can build a little alarm in it, when your nearest friend had too much alcohol.
